And then they should put it on their calendar, computer and iPhone. It celebrates some of the world’s most important and underpaid people – teachers. Without teachers, no one would learn anything. Because of this, all students should prepare a special gift to give to their favorite teacher on this day. Nothing too big, perhaps an iPod or a voucher for a spa and massage. This day has only been going since 1994. Its aim is to get people to support all teachers around the world. It also aims to promote the wonderful profession of teaching for all wannabe teachers.
